MARRIAGE REGISTER
Some marriages are shown with a Source which is an entry in a parish Marriage Register. Although the composition of these sources is not consistent, they normally show the names of witnesses, but may also show the ages of the groom and bride, the residence of the groom (the bride is assumed to reside in the parish) and the groom’s occupation.
